The Website provides free online calculators for financial, tax, and real estate calculations. All calculations are performed entirely in your browser (client-side). No data is transmitted to or stored on any server. Optional paid features ("Pro") are processed through LemonSqueezy.

Pro features: Annual (EUR 19.99/year) or Lifetime (EUR 49.99). Payment via LemonSqueezy. No VAT (§ 19 UStG). Cancel anytime through LemonSqueezy. License Keys are personal and non-transferable.

Nothing on this Website constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial products. Past returns are no guarantee of future results.
